36" x 45" Craft Size. 12 oz. Fiberfill. Luxurious batting gives quilts and clothing breathability to keep you toasty in the colder climates and comfortably cool in warm climates. An ideal batting for machine quilting that features a needlepunch fiber blanket with a smooth drape and a thin scrim to prevent stretching and bunching.

34" x 45" Craft Size. Needled cotton batting is great for crafts, wearable art, and quilts. Because it doesn't bunch up, it can be used as padding or outer surface. It dyes easily for antique looking stuffed animals and dolls. Needling keeps Warm & Natural from bunching, separating or bearding without resins or glue. Can be quilted up to 10" apart. 87.5% natural cotton / 12.5% Polypropylene.

45" x 60" Crib Size. A lightweight batting perfect for accomplishing the tiny hand stitches quilters desire. The low loft makes it ideal for hand or machine quilting. It is a perfect choice for a "year round" quilt.

45" x 60" Crib Size,  loft is approximatley 1/8". This cotton batting consists of the highest quality bleached and scoured 100% cotton fiber. This premier cotton batting has been carded, crosslapped, and needlepunched to produce the finest of all cotton batting on the market today. It is extremely clean and seed free as well as very soft and easy to needle. Perfect for hand or machine quilting. Creates an authentic antique look with excellent drapeability.

Legacy™ by Pellon® 80/20 Natural Blend Batting is a soft, durable and substantial batting created for quilters who want cotton with the added benefit of wash-ability and good stitch definition. The 80/20 blend allows stitched areas up to 4″ apart. It has a soft loft, creating less resistance when hand quilted and a soft, quilted finished look. Hand, machine, and longarm quilters all love this blend.

Cotton is a natural, renewable, sustainable fiber that has been used in quilts for centuries. Cotton fibers are strong yet soft and have been proven to last. Hobbs Thermore® was designed for clothing and miniatures but is very versatile and should be used where thin batting is needed or preferred. Hobbs Thermore® is made with 100% polyester and is surfaced treated with their unique resin bonded process, creating a polyester batting that is guaranteed not to beard or migrate. May be quilted up to 8” apart and will not shrink. Perfect for hand or machine quilting.

What is Resin Bonded?

Resin bonded batting is made made from a wide variety of fibers including polyester, cotton, wool, etc. A web is garnetted or carded then passed through a process that applies a resin to both sides. The web is dried and cured to form a bonded batting. This bonded batting resists bearding better than any other type of batting. There are many different types of fiber and resin combinations to give a desired “look” and “hand”. Combining processes, fibers and resins makes the resin bonded process the most versatile and most effective way to produce battings.
