90" x 108" Queen Size, 1/8" to 3/16" Loft. A lightweight needle-punched polyester batting with a soft drape that handles like a blanket. It provides a good amount of relief to show stitch definition and will give your quilt a flat appearance. Its felt-like texture makes it the perfect craft batting. Traditional batting is perfect for craft projects.

90" x 108" Queen Size, loft is approximatley 1/8". This cotton batting consists of the highest quality bleached and scoured 100% cotton fiber. This premier cotton batting has been carded, crosslapped, and needlepunched to produce the finest of all cotton batting on the market today. It is extremely clean and seed free as well as very soft and easy to needle. Perfect for hand or machine quilting. Creates an authentic antique look with excellent drapeability.

Hobbs Poly-Down® is made with very fine denier polyester that makes it soft and easier to quilt than any other polyester batting. Poly-Down® is spray bond-ed to provide added durability and resist bearding and migration. Utilizing siliconized (slick) fibers and the latest bonding techniques, Hobbs is able to offer the finest small denier fiber, for the ultimate feel and comfort. The siliconized fibers are easier to quilt and more washable than competitive products. Poly-Down® is the only resin bonded, siliconized polyester batting in the world. It is washable, non-allergenic and can be used by both machine and hand quilters. May be quilted up to 6” apart and will not shrink.

Hobbs Heirloom® Wool is quickly becoming Hobbs most sought after batting, because of its soft and luxurious feel. Heirloom® Wool is a light weight, breathable batting that is great to cover up with. Wool generally breathes better than other fibers and acts as a natural insulator helping to maintain comfort in the summer and/or the winter. Hobbs wool batting is made with the finest washable wool in the world. It is resin bonded to provide added durability and resist bearding and migration. This wool is exceptionally easy to quilt by hand or machine and can be quilted up to 4" apart. Quilts made with this premium batting can be washed by machine (gentle cycle) or by hand. This batting has been endorsed and developed by Harriet Hargrave.

Hobbs Heirloom® premium 80/20 cotton blend is one of the most popular battings because it offers more loft and less weight than traditional cotton battings. Hobbs 80/20 is made with 80% natural cotton & 20% fine polyester. It is needle punched and spray bonded to provide exceptional strength and durability. Great for both hand or machine quilting. Shrinkage of 3-5% and may be quilted up to 4” apart.

Hobbs Heirloom® Bleached Cotton is 100% Bleached Cotton and is recommend for light colored quilts. Their Heirloom® Bleached is made the same way as their Heirloom® Natural, needle punched for additional strength, except they use bleached cotton to provide quilters a white batting that will not show through a lighter quilt top. Shrinkage of 3-5% and may be quilted up to 4” apart.
