Instructions:
1. Cut fabric strip 1/2 inch larger than finished square. 2. Place dashed line of ruler tip on top edge of fabric strip - with measurement line for finished square on bottom edge of fabric. 3. Cut straight edges. Rotate ruler - re-align and cut. ement line for finished square on bottom edge of fabric. 3. Cut straight edges. Rotate ruler - re-align and cut.
